Digital Product & Subscription Policy This app is a digital parenting support product. No physical item will be shipped. Customers receive a 3-day free trial before the paid subscription begins. After the free trial, the subscription automatically renews at $9.99 per month unless cancelled before the end of the trial period. Once a monthly payment has been processed, that payment is non-refundable. The customer will have access to the app for the full 30-day billing period that has been paid for. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancelling prevents future monthly charges, but it does not refund the current month. To avoid the next monthly charge, the customer must cancel before the next billing date. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle after cancellation. After the billing period ends, access to the app and its digital content may be removed. This app provides educational parenting support, tools, prompts, and guidance. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or crisis support. Parents and caregivers are responsible for how they use the information based on their own family circumstances.
